Meet Adeep
Meet Adeep!
In 2009, if you had asked Adeep where he saw himself in five or ten years, he would have said, “I know where I want to be, but I’m not quite sure how to get there.”
Starting from humble beginnings in sales and marketing (selling vacuum cleaners door-to-door), he quickly learned the value of hard work and relationship building. From there, Adeep gained valuable financial industry experience at an international bank before working for his home country’s government, where he spent 6 years overseeing inward investment projects across Industrials, FinTech, MedTech and Agriculture
With a background in finance, international relations, economics and public policy, he was driven by a deep curiosity for the entrepreneurial spirit of the US. In 2019, after years of preparation, Adeep began his MBA journey in the US. In May 2021, he proudly became the first Mauritian graduate from the University of San Francisco, California since its founding in 1855. Coming from the other side of the world (literally), he achieved his dream which once seemed far from reality.
Moving to the US was a life-changing experience. However, none of it would have been possible without relentless perseverance, countless failures, and a growth mindset— all supported by the guidance of mentors, friends, family and inspiring leaders.
Professionally, Adeep has spent nearly six years in San Francisco, deeply involved in technology, entrepreneurship, venture ecosystems and global partnerships. From promoting the UK’s high growth sectors like Space/Aerospace, Quantum, AI, and Robotics in the US to fundraising for US startups, Adeep is driven by a passion to make technology and innovation accessible to everyone.

Being Multilingual (English, French, Hindi, Creole and conversational Spanish), Adeep is a natural global connector who loves building relationships, learning continuously, and sharing success with others. In his free time, he enjoys equity research, amateur astronomy, cheering for Liverpool FC, playing Violin, and exploring diverse places and cuisines. He’s also a huge fan of Tony Robbins and thought leadership.
His life motto: “If there’s no way, make the way.”
